Terms of Use
These terms govern your access to and use of Squill.
1. The service
Squill is a social media management platform that lets you schedule, publish and analyze content across the channels you connect. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity by team members you invite.
3. Subscription, trial and billing
Squill offers a single paid plan, billed monthly or yearly through Stripe.
New subscriptions start with a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial, and you can cancel before it ends without paying anything. When the trial ends, your chosen billing cycle starts automatically.
You can cancel at any time from billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
We may change prices with advance notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.
4. Your content
You keep full ownership of the content you create, upload and schedule. You grant us the limited right to store, process and transmit it solely to provide the service.
You are responsible for the content you publish. It must not be illegal, infringe others’ rights, or violate the terms of the platforms you publish to.
5. Connected platforms
When you connect a channel, your use of that platform remains subject to its own terms. Platforms may change or restrict their APIs at any time, which can affect functionality outside our control.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Squill to send spam, distribute malware, harass others, or engage in illegal activity or abuse connected platforms.
You may not disrupt the service, access other users’ data, or resell the service without permission.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
7. AI features
AI output can be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing anything generated before publishing it. Your plan includes the AI usage limits shown on the pricing page.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep Squill available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability. We may add, change or remove features as the product evolves.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Squill is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or losses caused by platform API changes, publishing failures or your content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.
10. Termination
You may stop using Squill and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms. We handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you through the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
